Order Cancellation Policy: After you place your order by phone or mail, your order begins processing immediately. During the processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the work in process, it cannot be canceled. There will be cancellation fees based on the costs accrued by The Painted Lady Saloon.

Right to Refuse a Sale: We value every customer but from time to time we may require an order to be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel any order with our company. Orders that are refused will have payments refunded in the same manner as received and customers will be notified of this action. Coupons: Coupons are not valid on prior purchases and/or orders; they must be used during the valid promotion dates.
